Hinson, publisher, producer/artist, studio owner,
record company and country music fan brings you his
services to demo your songs.
DownSouth Studios is a recording studio, recording
master/demos for songwriters and publishers. Our prices
are reasonable and our quality outstanding. We use
state of the art equipment and some of the nation's
best musicians and vocalists.
DownSouth Studios exists solely for Country and Americana
Songwriters. You will find our demos the "best value"
for your dollar. As of November 1998, DownSouth will
use only LIVE-STUDIO musicians.
DownSouth offers two packages for Country/Americana
Songwriters:
Economy
- $75:
This package is for those writers on a budget, or
for songs that you consider less that your best. The
demo includes male vocal, guitar, drums and bass.
The song is furnished on cassette.
Mid
Range - $150:
This package includes option 1, plus piano/synth and
lead guitar. (One musician playing all instruments).
Additional instruments or female vocalist add $25.00.
Professional
- $300:
This package is for your best material. The demo is
a full-blown session with professional studio musicians.
Your choice of male or female vocalist, guitar, bass,
drums, piano/synth,steel-guitar, and two background
singers. You can call this a demo, but its really
a professional master. Furnished on cassette.
Add $10 for a DAT, and $25.00 for the first CD. Each
additional CD is $10 each in small quantities.
